About Debbie Holzkamp
Debbie Holzkamp is the founder and President of HDS Premier Consulting and the Virtanza™ Sales Training, Sales Management Coaching and Certification program. She is the author of the book Virtanza™ The Art and Science of Successful Selling for the Business-to-Business Sales Professional. Holzkamp uses her 30 years of competitive market operational, strategic planning, and sales and marketing experience in providing clients with advertising and marketing growth oriented strategy, sales and market development plans and sales training. Over the years, Holzkamp has developed hundreds of strategic market solutions for diverse business categories nationwide including small to major market retailers, service companies, restaurants, consumer electronics, furniture, travel agencies, telecommunications, real estate, automotive, and financial institutions. Her broad range of expertise has been relied upon to create and implement strategic plans for one fortune 500 company and several independent mid size companies, recapitalize another, analyze numerous major business acquisitions, create many successful partnerships nationwide, and plan and launch many successful startups. Holzkamp has served in a variety of roles including publisher, general manager and SVP for Freedom Communications, Knight Ridder and Gannett. Debbie’s recognition as a visionary, trainer, author and business strategist make her highly sought-after as a speaker, with recent engagements at NAA, SNPA, Inland Press and many other business conventions. Holzkamp has a BA degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University/University of Florida.
About Keith Gilpin
Keith Gilpin has an extensive and diverse background in advertising and marketing sales management spanning over 25 years. He has held key executive sales leadership positions at multi-media companies in both small and large markets, with a successful track record of revenue growth and innovation in very competitive environments.
His expertise in multi-channel direct marketing (mail, social, email, online) has generated over $100 million in revenues cumulating across several major markets. As a strategist, Gilpin has negotiated and managed several large business partnerships, finding mutual benefits and strengths for multiple parties in competitive situations. Keith is recognized as great motivator, team builder, sales trainer and coach, leading many diverse groups to create innovative revenue opportunities and find cost-saving solutions. He has written and conducted dozens of sales training sessions on direct marketing, selling against the competition, market segment solutions and B-to-B marketing with a customer and consumer first philosophy.
Gilpin has served as a board member of the California Newspaper Advertising Executives Association, the Newspaper Target Marketing Coalition and as President of the Value Network. He has a BS/BA degree in Marketing.
